Denver Family Institute
Denver Family Institute is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering affordable therapy services to couples, families, and individuals from all walks of life.
An affirming and affinity-based therapy on a sliding scale. We train behavioral health providers on better ways to affirm and care for queer clients. Our Director of programs created a Queer Adjusted Systemic Lens for behavioral health providers and is teaching it everywhere. - Q is for Questioning is a free series of two interactive workshops (virtual and in-person) led by licensed clinicians and LGBTQ+ community members. These workshops provide adults in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth education on LGBTQ+ identity and mental health. Participants receive tools and resources to better support and affirm the LGBTQ+ youth in their lives.
